Patient presented with missing premolar. After implant placement and complete healing, a custom zirconia abutment was fabricated. We then, in house, made a CEREC crown to fit the abutment. Patient was thrilled with the result.

Patient presented with unrestored implant on lower anterior. We restored the implant with a titanium abutment and a CEREC Emax crown. The result looked natural and the patient was very satisfied.

Patient presented with implant needing a restoration. We chose the abutment and fabricated an Emax crown in our lab with CEREC. Our in house lab allows us to perform custom shading to help match the crown to the neighboring teeth. Patient was happy with the result.
